Yosef “Yossi” Razon has had a successful career in the real estate community for 40 years. He is a Certified International Property Specialist®, holds a Transnational Referral Certification (due to work in Europe, South America and Israel), and is an active member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Realtor Commercial Alliance. Yossi often travels overseas to meet with clients, and is continually works to expand his international referral network.
Yossi moved from Great Neck, New York, to Florida in 2007, where he was licensed as a Broker Associate. He joined Related International Realty in 2020. His over 40 years of real estate activities in New York made South Florida a perfect choice for continuing his career. Today, Yossi specializes in Developments, Luxury Residential, Commercial, Investment Properties, and Marinas.
Yossi began his career in New York City commercial property in 1982, where he initially worked as a principal or partner on commercial properties and rehabilitation projects, before becoming a licensed as a New York broker. While living in New York, Yossi was involved in many successful projects, including as Managing Partner for the acquisition redevelopment, leasing and sale of a 24,000 square foot block-front property on the Upper East Side, and development of a 20-story commercial office building by the intersection of West 42nd Street and Avenue of the Americas (later sold for $46.5 million as part of an assembly for the Bank of America Tower). Yossi also represented the owners of the 1,000 room Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago in connection with a sale of the property. Previously, he acquired commercial and industrial properties in Connecticut and worked with developers of a luxury hotel project overlooking the Sea of Galilee, and an Entertainment City private-public partnership with the governments of Israel and Jordan.
Yossi’s conducts all of his business, large or small, with integrity and the highest level of professionalism. He finds pleasure in introducing clients to the best South Florida has to offer and in providing a realistic outlook and expectations. His days outside the office are spent with his grandchildren, on a tennis court or playing golf.
